Welcome to the Diaspora Health Political Action Committee (DHPAC). Our mission is to drive meaningful community change, foster economic empowerment, and support candidates who align with our values. As we prepare for the 2024 campaign, we have developed a comprehensive strategy to position DHPAC effectively for both the Democratic and Republican tickets.

1. Transform Communities through CDEs

Objective: Utilize Community Development Entities (CDEs) to drive economic growth, create jobs, and improve the quality of life in underserved communities.

Strategies:

  • Community Needs Assessment: Engage with community leaders, residents, and local organizations to tailor CDE projects to address specific needs.
  • Economic Development Projects: Implement projects that promote local entrepreneurship, job creation, and sustainable development.

  • Bundling Efforts: Continue the successful bundling strategies used in previous campaigns.

3. Leverage Network of HBCU Startups and Churches

Objective: Mobilize our extensive network of 12,000 HBCU startups and 10,000 churches in the “Caribbean and African Faith-Based Conference” to drive community transformation.

  • Engage HBCU Startups: Activate our network of HBCU startups to support DHPAC initiatives.
  • Engage Faith-Based Organizations: Collaborate with church leaders to host community events and voter registration drives.

4. Align with Bipartisan Values and Policies

Objective: Ensure that DHPAC’s initiatives and messaging align with the core values and policy priorities of both the Democratic and Republican Parties.
